Great lifepo4 solar storage battery for camping! I put it into a cheap Husky toolbox and connected some USB ports, a cig adapter and a 30 watt solar panel battery storage w/ charger. Runs the LED TV and charges the phones in my small trailer.
Love it. We bought this for a small solar setup that will be growing. Had a little problem with the charge controller after setting everything up. I thought it could be the solar storage battery, wasn't sure, so I contacted VMaxTanks and they responded quickly, after explaining the problem VMax had me do a test and record all the data. After doing the test I could see that the lifepo4 storage battery was doing its job and doing it very well but I emailed them the numbers and they again responded immediately. VMax said that the numbers I gave them showed the lifepo4 solar storage battery and (Windy Nation) charge controller were both working like intended but one of the readings (SOC %) from the charge controller didn't make sense. Even though the solar energy battery was working fine they said it was under warranty and it could be exchanged or I could be refunded. WOW. Great battery and great customer service.
I am using this 48v lifepo4 storage battery for my 200 watts solar system. I have the renogy solar panels and charge controller, also a cobra 1500 watts inverter. All these items work like a charm. One thing that you must watch out for is that the connecting cables aren't included. I bought the cobra 4 awg cable and it fits and works like magic. Also since it's deep cycle lfiepo4 battery, don't deep cycle it too often or else the battery will lose its efficiency. Solar panel battery storage best to use only 25% of the 125 amp then charge it to full again.

I now have 4 of these hooked up to my 12 volt off grid solar power system. I use 2 30 Watt solar panels to charge them and run low wattage LED light and small 12 volt fans and also use to keep my power tools charged. I have not been disappointed.I haven't had this solar panel battery storage long, and I haven't used it that much, but it's already leaking (so much for "sealed"). Other than that, it does seem to handle charging and discharging well, though I question for how long, given the way its leaking. I do like the terminals and the way they're color coded (red and black).
