Sponges Filter Feed Shown Using Fluorescent Dye

That's pretty good pumping from those tiny little collar cells" Idk why, but this made me chuckle. I don't think that's quite right but I don't know enough about Star Craft to know for sure. They have changed the line since, but back in the beta for SC2 Wings of Liberty it was super annoying for zerg. It would repeat every time you tried to create a unit but didn't have enough gas as opposed to now where it has a cool down, and the line was "We require more vespene gass .

If it weren't for the fact the person is in the water, I would've thought he or she was wearing an adidas zip jacket with a cap, with joints rolled up on his coffee table.Sponges are awesome and underrated creatures. They were the most important reef-building organisms on Earth before corals, in fact this thing is an old sponge reef.Yes, this was a shallow part of a warm ocean a hell of a long time ago, and sponges that built calcium carbonate (what makes up limestone) body structures accumulated to form that reef.

Don't forget, it isn't just a question of the sea level rising and falling: that land itself was lower, not merely in relation to the sea, but absolutely (ie, closer to the centre of the Earth). If I had to guess, and I am by far not even an arm chair enthusiast or something, but maybe internal temperature/movement from temperature changes in earth? I thought about that for a second but wouldn't the land have been this high already since the pangea was a thing?

It always blows my mind to look at the world like that, I know stuff like that is out there but when you take a moment to think about it then it really makes you realize how small you are in the scope of time and impact on this planet universe. Totally, read some about the geology in your area and I guarantee you'll find some interesting stuff that will change how you look at your everyday environment. Once you start being observant about little stuff around you you'll have a lot of "holy shit" moments.

I like how they only shoot out the dye in full concentrations. Like when they absorb it, its all diluted with water. But when they release it, it looks like it is more concentrated.I feel really dumb but I wasn't paying attention at the beginning and didn't see him use that syringe. I seriously thought it was a species that emitted fluorescent whatever! That would've been cool though.
